        Started on what now? This site? Read the AP GUIDE located on the upper right hand corner of this site. You can't miss it. ^^ As for making wallpapers, it's better if you find a program you could use first and then join one of the wallpaper creating Groups in AP. Im not much of a teacher. XD HOW'D YOU FIND ME?! o.0
